3 Times Square had just undergone a significant investment to elevate and expand upon the building amenities. A full floor dedicated to a new lounge and workspaces, upgraded lunch / snack options, and meeting / event spaces, as well as a new lobby that envelops you with a moment of peace as you enter the building, was our starting point — a building that is truly built for people to do their best work in a productive environment.
We embraced the boutique hotel-like design of the amenity spaces and positioned the building as a destination rather than a workplace to counter the negative perception of Times Square. Using illustrations inspired by the colorful lights, unexpected photography showcasing confident people in the workspace, and a clean yet vibrant look, the brand stands out from the crowded competitive landscape and provides a unique opportunity for tenants and their employees in one of the world’s most well-known addresses.
