International Square partnered with Unfold Hospitality to create the cornerstone of their new amenity and building renovations — a new chef-driven food market. More than just a place to eat, The Square is a place that brings culinary talent, ever-changing programming, centralized atrium bar, carefully curated 10+ food vendors, grocery store, as well as events, festivals, and cooking lessons.
Our approach was to dimensionalize the energy and offerings of The Square and create meaningful differentiation from the other food halls in DC. Through the use of a playful and colorful mosaic pattern, fresh food ingredients, and stylized photography of customers and up-and-coming collaborators, we aimed to showcase all that The Square has to offer.
We partnered with local artists and photographers to round out the message that The Square is where DC’s culture, cuisine, and curiosity merge to create a new landmark where the city's boldest flavors sit amongst the city’s emerging talent.
