The Grace Building
Grace is an iconic modern tower of unsurpassed architectural pedigree designed by Gordon Bunshaft of SOM. Originally designed in 1974, its high-performance, state-of-the art spaces offer wide-open floor plates, walls of glass with magnificent views and the advanced technology of the finest buildings being constructed today.
Perfectly situated on Bryant Park, the city’s “town square” and favorite parks, Grace resides in the very center of Manhattan’s commercial heart. Its newly redesigned street level plaza and art-curated lobby secure its position at the top of the list of elite buildings to compete with the likes of Hudson Yards.
We sought to pair the iconic nature of the building and its artistic upgrades with the archetype of those who might takeover the penthouse and other floors — financial enterprises at the top of their game who demand their headquarters reflect their own personal brand.
