Windsor Communities

In need of a major brand update, Windsor’s mission to “create communities where people truly feel cared for” was not coming through as clearly as it needed to. We were tasked with the challenge to evolve the visual identity and messaging to more clearly communicate its mission with potential tenants, current residents, and the company as a whole.

Our approach was inspired by the modern scrapbooking of Pinterest or Instagram and centered around the idea of creating memories — something we all do with a new home. The solution employed a warm, human-touch, and colorful system that celebrates the moments made by families and individuals that call Windsor home.
